My experience was terrible… I made an appointment for them to call me only one time a day prior when I reached out to them 3-4 times that day to see why I was receiving a call from them. I get to the office on the day of my appointment at the other location which I originally wanted to go to since they were mainly an adult office since I also needed a physical for school and was informed they’d fill the form for 25 dollars. Sadly I got sent to the other office where I had a provider who once she knew I was taking medication,she decided to group me as someone who wasn’t mentally fit for school simply because I took antidepressants and made the bold choice herself to tell me she didn’t think I was well enough basically and threw the fact I take meds and am in therapy in my face,which was unp

Used to go here for a number of years, but recently they changed all doctors. Dr. Daniel Rivero is probably the worst doctor I've encountered in my life. No empathy, and complained he had to fill out a form for me. Complained! And then ended up not wanting to fill it out. Also wanted to push medication on me without even looking at my record. Beware and avoid.

Extremely disappointed with this office. We consistently waited over an hour past our appointment time, and when my child was sick, we were not seen at all. This level of care is unacceptable, especially for children.

A 2 hour wait to go over very basic and routine bloodwork is absolutely inexcusable. The doctor that was supposed to see me wasn’t even the same one who prescribed the testing in the first place. Unprofessional and lazy office. My appointment was for 11:30 AM, but by 12:45 PM it became clear I could spend several hours there without ever being seen. I spoke to one of the woman at the desk, and she had nothing to offer but a blank stare. She made no attempt to remedy the situation, and gave the impression she felt her job was beneath her.

Needed an appointment the same day and Brianna was very helpful and super quickly to set an appointment. At the office she was sp attentive and gave me an excellent service. I will definitely go back
