The doctor/APRN that met me was amazing. However, When I went and gave my insurance, they said they wouldn’t take this, the manger of this place was extremely rude and went on to be extremely impolite and aggressive. I responded saying, I came here all the way after confirming my insurance information with you all on the phone, she was discrediting and didn’t take me seriously. I insisted they run my insurance again, turns out I was right and something might have been wrong on their systems end. I apologized for my rude and insistent behavior after/before my check up, but that lady never once came, she should have apologized. She works in healthcare and is supposed to be helpful. The rest of the people were really good, she was just so so rude, my BP shot up in the process.

I’ve been a patient at Family Medical Tree for many years, and I can confidently say this practice truly sets the standard for exceptional care. So Zoe sent me a letter like a waste of time because she knows I called her to let her know how the staff was so I guess all the girls in the front and Zoe must be giving the doctor head because all they do is take thier side they are rude no good for nothing people thier office was no help it smelled like mold and girls are lazy how you work in a office and not know how to do a referral they are clowns and im glad I found better

I have called 4 times to follow up with them because I was recently in the hospital and I was SPECIFICALLY told by the doctor to follow up with my primary and all they do is answer the call and hang up. Very rude and unprofessional 😡

Unfortunately I went to this location today to see a specific dr and the Dr. That ended up attending me was Dr. Daniel Rivero. He was not who I was supposed to see. Let's just say this Dr. Was a nightmare and I hope and pray no person has to ever go through what I went through today with him. He is very rude, no bed side manner, condescending and belittling.
