They made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on schedule. Dr. Ibrahim and Morgan RDA were gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my comfort and dental health. As a mother of six, finding a dental office that’s kind, patient, and understanding with all my kids is rare, but Family Smiles of Greenville has been such a blessing. The entire staff is wonderful, and they always go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. Morgan, RDA, is absolutely amazing with my children, so gentle, friendly, and caring. She has such a calming way about her that helps my kids actually enjoy coming to the dentist! Made an appointment for cleaning, X-rays, and exam. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. The X-rays were done quickly. The hygienist was thorough and professional. The dentist was excellent and gave me several options for future treatments. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for proper customer service at a reasonable price.
