I had such a wonderful experience at my recent dentist appointment! Jen, my dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing — so gentle, thorough, and kind. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time and explained everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. Brooke, the assistant, was just as wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. It’s not often you leave a dentist appointment feeling this positive, but this team truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Family Smile Center. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Twillmann is truly outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort. Jan and Denise are amazing and make every visit feel easy and stress-free. They are friendly, patient, and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. Their positive attitudes really set the tone for the entire office. Every time I go to Family Dental I am treated with kindness. My hygienist Laura is very knowledgeable and just a nice person. I had a crown recemented and I met two more kind folks, Janet and Dr Haadsma. I have never had a bad experience at Family Dental.

All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made the dreaded dentist experience about as comfortable and easy as can be. Dr. Haadsma did a very exceptional job working on my teeth. He seemed very focused on the goal and made it quick and painless. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! During the crown removal and replacement , Dr Kainth kept me totally informed and calm at all times and I never really felt any pain. I felt respected as a patient at all times. His assistant Madison was equally professional, , kind, caring and helpful. As a patient with “ dental anxiety “, I could not ask for a better experience. A Pluses all around!
