Over the past two years, I’ve had to get a lot of dental work done, and The Family Smile Center made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. For the first time ever, going to the dentist didn’t feel overwhelming. They explained everything clearly, offered a few financing options that made treatment affordable, and truly made it easy for me to get all the work I needed before starting braces. I still have a few treatments planned once my braces are off, but I know I’ll continue coming here without hesitation.

The WHOLE STAFF was phenomenal!!!! The front desk personnel ,Mrs Benard, is a Hollywood actress in the making and she provides excellent customer service. Dr. REYNOLDS and her assistant Mrs.Lin, provided my mother with EXCELLENT care. As her escort for the procedure, I was kept aware of her condition at all times. They are very thorough with their instructions and care. My mom couldn't stop singing their praises and is very happy with the initial procedure. I came from Texas to be with her for this procedure and I'm seriously considering using Dr Reynalds for future dental services, that's how impressed I am with her practice.

My experience at Family Smile Center has been wonderful ever since my first visit. I recently had two implant posts put in and the process couldn’t have been easier. It was quick and painless. Dr. Reynolds and Sherylnn took great care of me. If you’re considering getting implants don’t think any longer. Just go in there and get it done. I promise you’ll be glad that you did.

My family of 6 have been going to Family Smile Center since 2010. We love the relationships we have with the admin staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Reynolds. Knowing that Dr. Reynolds and her staff always operate in excellence, we had no apprehension with attending our appointments in the midst of COVID-19. They conduct safe car check-ins and utilize air purifiers in each of the patient rooms. The dental hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Reynolds answers questions and concerns precisely and gives her recommendations without judgment or pressure.

Ms Cherryln has made this the most wonderful experience at a dental office for me. She is informative, caring and really made feel comfortable as I am very anxious when it comes to needles. This place is lucky to have her and the other wonderful women that work here. And also acknowledge Ms Special Faith as well. Ohhhhh and the Doc she is the absolute truth
