The BEST pharmacy to go to! They always are more than happy to answer any questions, they are willing to go the extra mile (called the manufacturer directly to ensure that there was no dye since I have a severe allergy), and they really treat you like you’re family!

I just love this Pharmacy. It is a small Mom & Pop location and I honestly rather fill my prescriptions here than at the bigger chains. If we don't help out our smaller businesses, then who will. Everyone is usually respectful and courteous, except one woman who answers the phone sometimes, she is NOT very personable at all. I am a very outspoken woman, but I try to chalk it up to her possibly having a bad day, or two or three. Lol! Stay Great Family Pharmacy

I’m a Nurse Practitioner who has called in several prescriptions to Family Prescription Counter over the past few years. When I say “called” I mean that I actually spoke with someone on the phone. Family Prescription Counter is by far the most pleasant and friendly pharmacy I have ever spoken with when needing to phone in a prescription. In an age where electronic prescriptions are the norm and preference, it’s not always feasible when I’m not in the office. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Shortly after I moved to Duryea, back in 2002, my daughter became quite ill and needed some medical equipment. When I went to this pharmacy for help, on of the pharmacists, Chris, jumped into action and fought my insurance company for us. I have never seen that done before. They earned loyal customers that day. I can't express how thankful we are for their kindness and service they've provided since then. They are a pharmacy in the neighborhood, for the neighborhood.
