Beware of inaccurate and potentially fraudulent billing from this office. In my experience, this office does not take responsibility for improper billing nor do they take an interest in identifying the root cause of improper billing and working with the patient to understand what happened. The doctor showed no interest in my concerns and did not address the problems around billing directly. The office manager did not show an interest in my concerns nor did she answer any of my questions. It is difficult to get an appointment with Dr Thomas, he is nice but he always seems rushed. The front desk staff is polite and seem helpful. However, Dr Thomas assistant Stephanie (I believe is her name) was incredibly unprofessional last time we were there. We have been there before & always bring my brothers service animal. This time should have been no different but she made a big fuss about there not being enough room and after her hemming and hawing a few times my brother asked me to take his baby to the waiting room so she would just get on with the visit. If you haven't already you have to try the virtual appointment portal. It makes everything so much easier! I suffer from limited mobility on certain days. Virtual appointments make everything better. Quality of care is still the same and honestly I know that if my issue is severe enough that they will handle it the same as if it was in person. My family and I have been with Dr. Adler since moving here in 2010 and never have I considered transferring to any other Doctor. If he is unavailable when I call then Dr. Thomas is now our go to. Office staff here is incompetent. Not once. Not twice but several times my wifw and I and our pharmacy and insurance company have had a horrific expiereinces with getting refills on our meds. Their excuse is they have no record of anyone calling for a refill. My insurance company and pharmacy have documentation of several messages left. They just all out lie. It took my wife 3 months to get her medication refilled. And that happened two times. I am going on two weeks now and guess what. They are giving me the same excuse. Cynthia is rude, speaks over you and puts you on hold. The office manager gives you an attitude. I am switching out of this office ASAP. It’s really ashame because my doctor was good.

The place was good. But your GPS to get there it's completely wrong from Route 1 bypass 2 the headquarters they tell you to make a right on Big Oak Road and you really have to go straight ahead on Oxford Valley Road if you make the right there your way out other than that when I did get to the place where you turn left off of Oxford Valley Road there was no indication that it was coming up or that I should turn their. I don't know if this helps you but that's the way it is
