I love this place and Dr. Matthew Roman, it’s ran so efficiently. I’m never sitting and waiting. I get in speak with my provider who actually listen and it’s a bonus that there’s a labcorp next door so I go get my labs drawn. There’s parking and the staff is always friendly. Check-in is seamless and like I said I get called back in a timely manner. Awesome job Family Practice keep up the good work!!

I've been coming here for about 10 years. I've always been able to get last minute appointments when I need them and you are seen pretty quickly. I love Dr. Gluckman and Lindsay Kelly. Highly recommend!!

Tucked away in a less developed area, this clinic is actually run quite well. TWO windows for patient check in and PLENTY of staff available to help. Just make sure to be patient when arriving as a brand new patient. Alex and Matt Roman, the doctor I saw, were both great and answered all my questions. Only issue was I felt slightly rushed. I believe it’s important to allow slightly more time for an examination / visit for a new patient to build rapport and a relationship with a new doctor and practice. Would HIGHLY recommend if you live anywhere in Wilmington! Great online patient portal as well.

I Love coming to this office but I wish all the doctors in here were like Dr Krasner. He takes his time, has a Great bedside manner, and will answer any and all questions honestly. He doesn’t make you feel like you’re being rushed out

Today is Sunday after Thanksgivings. I need Insulin and blood sugar sensor urgently since I just realized I am running out of insulin. I called the Family Practice Associates. The doctor on call called back in a minute and sent the prescription to CVS right away. I really appreciate his help.
