Family Physicians of Manchester

Recently I had to find a new PCP because of an insurance carrier change - not something I wanted to do - but I’m actually feeling fortunate that I had to make this change! With every interaction, which began months before my first physical because of a high maintenance medication, I feel heard and respected. I’ve always worked towards establishing a good working relationship with care providers, but my new care team collaborates with me and with each other in a way that’s hard to explain but it just clicks. Like a winning sports team, they exemplify that one step above that results in a top-notch experience. Thank you Nicole, Sharon and everyone at Family Physicians of Manchester!

Just started going to this physician office and I'm sharing my experience. They are the nicest set of people I have met and had to deal with. Very professional, curtious and pleasant. They make you feel like you are somebody and not just another number. I'm very happy I switched from my last doctor's office.

This was my first time at Family Physicians of Manchester. Finally I found a place where I felt comfortable. From Lisa at the desk, right to Nicole Cruz. Nicole was so knowledgeable and kind. She didn’t rush me and gave me logical, knowledgeable answers. I have finally found a Doctor’s office where I was comfortable, not rushed and felt relaxed. This is absolutely my new Doctor’s office.

My mother was a new patient and she suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. My father is her primary caregiver and he suffered a stroke leaving my mother unable to care for herself. I’ve called the office 3 times since his stroke 4 days ago to get support and resources on how best to care for her. No. One. Has. Returned. A. Call. To know that a patient is in distress and do nothing to support them is inexcusable. The office visit was pleasant and the staff was lovely. However, not responding to repeated requests for help is something that potential patients may want to know before choosing this practice.

My doctor always takes as much time as needed to answer all my questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, and the admin staff is very warm and friendly
