Family Pharmacy of Russellville

While the staff can be friendly here at times, they can also be unfriendly & pretentious. Often when I've come inside for pickup, they stare at me blankly and do not respond even when I thank them. Recommend sticking with the drive-thru.

I love my pharmacy. All of pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and even make recommendations on medicines they think might interact with others. I can text in my refills and go pick them up later. I have never had bad service here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Family Pharmacy in Russellville was the very first pharmacy I visited when I first moved to Franklin County. I met the owner at the time, his wife, and also Jody. There are several locations, however I still go to my Jody pharmacy as I call it. When a new doctor asks me "which pharmacy should we send your prescription to? I always answer "to Jody".. .ah... I mean Family Pharmacy" lol It's been over 18 years now, and still have no complains, or anything negative to say about Jody or the rest of the sweet, kind, and smiling staff..
