Bob, the Pharmacist, is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I am kept informed as to updates on my medications (recalls, side effects). Bob understands that different brands of generic medications have different effects depending on the individual, and will go out of his way to insure your well-being and safety. No chain store pharmacy would even consider such personalized service! The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and I will not go anywhere else.

(First off this place needs way more then 5 stars )! I’ve been going here well over 6 yrs & let me just say bob is just a sweetheart . Always so kind & helpful . He goes above & beyond to help you . Many times my insurance was giving me problems & he has done so much to make sure I had my medicine . The staff is always very very nice . They are more like family then a pharmacy ☺️. I recommended lots of people here & they all had nth but great things to say 😁 . Thanks bob for all you do , 😇

Truly a family pharmacy, it feels as if you are a member of their family as you are greeted when you walk in. They assisted my husband and I with insurance issues and persisted through the frustration until it was solved. My husband and I will continue to stay with this pharmacy even though insurance wants us to use the cheaper mail order medication. You cannot get personalized care through the mail.

Best pharmacy I've ever had! When my insurance was giving me problems they helped me through everything! Prices arent bad.. but this pharmacy also reminds me of when I was a little kid with the old fashioned candy my grandpa used to buy me! Thank you family pharmacy of Olyphant you have made my life so much better and easier! Its like one big family!!

They have always been a great pharmacy with helpful knowledgeable staff. Often busy yet they still get your prescriptions filled accurately and quickly. Best prices if you don't have insurance as well! Thank you to all there. Having moved to VA, I miss their service.
