Family Pharmacy

For the most part I used to love this pharmacy but I am upset that they kept my insurance card on Tues. then they closed early Wed. and they never contacted me to let me know they had my card. When I called and asked them to deliver it back to me they wanted to charge me 3.00. When they were on the North side their customer service was so much more personal.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Aiken. Great people, great service. Always go above and beyond to take care of us. If you are using one of the big box, chain pharmacies, switch now. You won’t be disappointed.

We have been struggling to get my daughters medication covered by our insurance by our normal pharmacy. We got it approved for 28 days and then they started denying her refills. With only one dose left I was panicking as the prescription was going to cost $350+ for 18 days. I called family pharmacy to see if they could compound it and how much it would be without insurance since we couldn’t get the medication with out the appeal that would take 72+ hours to complete. They advised me of the out of pocket cost that was hundreds less then what it would have been at our regular pharmacy. Once I arrived to pick up the medication the pharmacist went out of her way to reprocess the medication under a compounded prescription and got it covered for us!!
