Family Orthodontics - McDonough

Very poor time management. I was scheduled for my appointment for 7am. Received multiple reminders. Even one 1 hour prior to appointment time. I arrived at 658am. 15 min later I was informed the dentist had broken down on the highway and everyone would need to reschedule. I was very understanding of this as things do happen. They were able to reschedule me same day for 940am. Keep in mind that I was already going to be late for work as I start my working day at 545am. However it made no sense for me to go into work that time for a 7am appointment. It is now a hour later and I am still waiting to be seen. Due to ortho not being insurance based 9/10 times - paying out of pocket should at least guarantee a respectable wait time. I have been waiting to be seen over 3 hours …. Smh. I cannot wai

Absolute worst experience! I'd give zero stars, if I could. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter here based on her dentists recommendation. I called on October 17th, 2025 to schedule an appointment in the new year. Appointment was set for 1/7/2026 at 3:00pm. On the day of scheduling, I received a confirmation text and email confirming the date and time. Then beginning December 22nd until the date of the appointment, I received 5 more reminder texts and emails, including one, the day of, 2 hours before the appointment time. Each reminder including the time of the appointment as 3:00pm. I arrive at the office and was immediately asked if anyone contacted me to change my appointment. I informed her no one had and this was the appointment time I originally scheduled months ago. She sai

I wouldn't recommend this Orthodontist, the Dr rarely is there. She goes in and I ask to speak to the Dr to see how much longer the treatment will be, they keep pushing me off. Then they never see you on time, always over booked. Plus you can't ever get an appointment if you have an emergency, it's like 2 months out. Then they told me I have to have another consultation, for what??? She's been in braces for 4 years already. She's being seen in the morning, I'll update with what they are saying now. I will not start my son in braces here after a bad experience with my daughter.

loved Molly, she was amazing, fast and helpful. Answered any questions I had. Great appointment

The staff was very nice and helpful. I could really tell that they had my best interests in mind.
