This place is the absolute worst. I'm shocked at how many five star reviews there are. It's impossible to get appointments. Yesterday my son had an appointment and they closed due to the ice. I got a text saying they would call today to reschedule. Of course, that didn't happen. I had to call to try and get it reschedule. At no fault of the scheduler, I was told they are closed the WHOLE week. The appointment that my son has needs two appointments schedule exactly one week apart. Right now, I have no appointment and doubt I'll hear back. If I hadn't already paid the bill for these braces, I would be moving him somewhere else. They overbook patients and it's a constant issue.

I've always had a great experience bringing my granddaughter to this office. They answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. I would highly recommend this orthodontist to my family and friends.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would. The quality and customer service has drastically changed from when I first began treatment two years ago. The office manager Kenya is very unprofessional. In addition to the office being open very limited hours, constantly canceling and rescheduling appointments, never a consistent doctor. I went for a re treatment that was promised to me for free of charge and then the office manager Kenya spent an entire hour yelling at me about not wanting to do the bottom braces insisting that she said only the top would be free. When I asked to speak to her manager or someone in corporate, she refused. I’ve been calling the line for an entire week and still getting the run around. HORRIBLE company! Would not recommend!

Great customer service and communication. Always in and out, never a long wait to be seen by staff. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because I don’t like the high turnover in doctors at this company. But other than that no complaints!!

I’m currently not working, so I called to ask if they could lower my payment. They refused and told me I could come in to remove my daughter’s braces instead. That was shocking and extremely rude. I’ve had braces before and know how painful that can be — there’s no way I’d let my daughter go through that. It’s clear they don’t care about their patients, only about the money.
