Family Orthodontics at KidZdent

Everyone was so kind and welcoming! It was our first visit, and we truly enjoyed the experience. The orthodontist’s feedback was excellent, and we’re excited to move forward with our son’s treatment here. Nikki was wonderful, so sweet, attentive, and professional. Words can not express how grateful I am for Kidzdent staff and doctor. We used to live in old bridge but moved down south however we still take the hour and a half to go to Kidzdent. My daughter and I love Kidzdent so much.

I left with more questions than answers from my daughter’s last appointment. The doctor looked at my daughter’s expander for a few minutes and mentioned a next step that was not clearly explained in the beginning of the process. He did not ask me if I had any questions and moved onto the next patient quicker than I could gather my thoughts. The assistant did her best to answer some of my questions but I still left feeling very uneasy. They keep pronouncing my daughter’s name wrong and even though I have addressed it, it continues to happen at every visit. This appointment overall felt very rushed and left me disappointed.
