Dr. Chen was very thorough and did an excellent job of making sure that my glasses and contacts prescriptions were ideal for me. She took time to explain every aspect of the exam and the prescriptions.She patiently made adjustments until I was satisfied with my vision. She is also very pleasant. I highly recommend.

My initial contacts appointment was wonderful the doctor seems to know what she's doing quite well and really took care of me for my initial and follow up appointments (5 stars). The retail part (where you actually purchase the lenses/frames etc) of the business seems to be separate. They quote a turnaround time of 3 weeks for contacts which seems long to me and a quick search confirms they are also $5 - $10 per box more expensive than other places. I've given this part a 3 star with an overall 4 star rating. Look around and get a better quote you'll probably end out ahead with the same or better turnaround time ordering online.

I use to love coming here but the past year I’ve been coming the appointments have seemed rushed. They talk over you, your concerns don’t seem to matter to them. Very sad, the past eye doctor I had a year ago was way better. She actually listened and cared.

She rushes through the appointment and leaves you wondering if she got the right prescription for your child. She does not take the time to slow down and really try to figure out what is going on and has no understanding of how to work with kids.
