Family Optometric Associates

We went there for an eye exam. They took our glasses to read them, and when they returned them to us they were scratched. One was an unused spare, like new, the other was 3 years old, but no scratches on the lense. Even though we were getting new glasses, we still had to use these glasses, but now they are useless as spares. The owner refuses to take responsibility for his technicians careless actions. I will never go back, and suggest that if you care about your personal property, you don't entrust them with these people!

Richard French has treated me over the last few years. He has always been warm and welcoming with me. Very professional and attentive in his work, he will even double check for accuracy. Which makes me feel confident I am getting the best care. Some Doctors can make you feel rushed or like just another “patient”, a bit cold, not Dr. French he makes you feel like a person. I love that. I like that this Office is located in the Nex. Easy to find and convenient.

Was great at first (easy to make an appointment, no wait time) but rude service over the phone when I called to ask some questions after my appointment because I wasn’t given a PD and need that to order glasses online. I asked many questions and maybe they were annoyed of helping me but snapping at me and saying “Go somewhere else. I don’t know what to tell you. Have a great day, bye.” and ending the call on me because I asked how to order glasses without the PD is just rude. Maybe it was a bad day for her, I get it I work service too, but I’ve never talked to customers that way.

The front reception was great and they were able to get me check in and out at a reasonable time. My optometrist Dr. French was through with my eye exam and answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at. I had a great experience and would be happy to come back again for my next eye exam.

LONG WAIT TIMES! Doctor is great but she is leaving the practice. Appointment was schedule at 1140 and I didn't get to see the doctor until 123p. (one of the reasons i imagine they run routinely late is because i believe that they schedule appointments in 10-15 minute increments. :( Would not recommend them if you value your time!!
