⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the Best Clinic in Orlando! We visited Family Orlando Clinic today and were beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, everything looked super luxurious — spotless, beautifully decorated, and so welcoming. The atmosphere was calm and uplifting, with gentle worship music playing throughout the clinic. The staff was truly amazing. The receptionist Pamela Stefano greeted us with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Medical assistant Danilo Cidrao was kind, professional, and very attentive. A lovely lady, Erlane Cardeal, even offered us delicious cake — such a thoughtful touch! We saw Dr. Alberto Rodriguez and another wonderful doctor along with a friendly medical assistant (we didn’t catch their names), but both were extremely caring, patien

The service is excellent, with a team that communicates clearly and directly. I had a problem that I easily resolved by sending an email. Dr. Daniel is very attentive and makes an effort to speak the patients’ language. He is extremely considerate and, above all, listens to the patients.

Today my son and I had an appointment. His was to check on some allergies, and mine was just to request blood tests. Dr. Daniel was very helpful, caring, and kind to me and my young son. Even though it was late, and he must have been very tired, as practically the entire Brazilian community seeks him out. His schedule was completely full, even with all his daily activities of seeing so many people, he was still extremely attentive during my appointment. He took his time to see me and my son, even though it was 7 p.m. and I was one of the last patients in the office. Thank you, Doctor, I am very grateful for your excellent service.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. I came in to make an appointment and was told there was not one available for another two months. Fine. I made the appointment and TWO DAYS before I was scheduled to come in, I got a call saying they had to reschedule and that I would have to wait another month. I expressed my frustration with the receptionist as I have been waiting for quite some time for what could be a pretty substantial issue. The receptionist told me we can schedule me for that later date, and that they would call me if something opens up before then. That was exactly what she told me when I made the initial appointment. I had the most frustrating and disrespectful experience at FAMILY MEDICINE OF ORLANDO located at 2295 S. Hiawassee Road Ste 210. My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM, and I was forced to wait almost 3 hours before being seen by Dr. Daniel R.S.A. Hay. After waiting for an hour, I spoke with the receptionist, who unapologetically told me it was the doctor’s fault for overbooking patients and that there was nothing she could do about it. How is this acceptable? When I finally got to see Dr. Daniel R.S.A. Hay, he was outraged that I had the nerve to complain about the excessive wait time and decided to refuse me service altogether. His unprofessionalism was appalling. It’s bad enough to make patients wait for hours, but to then be treated with hostility for speaking up is beyond unaccepta
