Family Medicine - Milton, University of Vermont Medical Center

This is absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever been a patient at. When I first started going to this practice because it was local the doctor I had was great but unfortunately a few months later she left. A lot of doctors at the practice leave so you will continue to have different doctors every few months which has at least been my experience and the experience of others I know. Each doctor will treat you differently and want to prescribe or not prescribe certain medications. I take a certain medication that unfortunately has a lot of stigma and when I got a new doctor the most recent time he decided he didnt want to prescribe the medicine anymore cold turkey. I called and complained and asked for a new doctor because I had been on this medicine for some time and it is working we

Dr. Julia Rossen was awesome as well as Lisa, I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and they gave me options and addressed my concerns. Like many I have been brushed off in the past and it was so nice to have providers listen without judgement, validate and investigate concerns, and take action. Really hope these folks stay with the practice.

If yiu care about your health or being heard DO NOT go here. There are VALID reasons why their review scores are so low. They dont listen and they have absolutely zero issue withholding emergency medication. 6 seizures in less than 24 hours. They know full well of this told me my meds were ready after 48 hours of phone tag with anyone from Milton Family practice.

Horrible people for a year I told them my medicine didn’t work. They made no changes. I told them it was just making me sicker and they did NOTHING. These people do not care about their patients they care about the title of being a “doctor”

If I had the option to give no stars I would in my eyes they don’t even deserve the one. Trying to actually get help with a concern is the most hair pulling experience. The nurses replying to messages either have no clue what they are responding to/talking about or act like they can’t read. Today I had to bring my 11m old son with me and when I had to put him back in the stroller he started crying. The nurse taking my blood said “this will be quick because I don’t want to hear that.” I couldn’t believe she said that and your a family practice. I couldn’t believe keep listing reasons why they are horrible.
