They listen, they actually care and help you to actually reach feeling better /health goals whatever your needs are for your health. I love they have a lab draw area right in office. Appointments are always available within reason and easy to schedule.

It was such a relief to find a doctors office that knew how to not only listen to their patients, but also take action. Dr. Ashley and Samantha McFarland are thorough and compassionate. They are very aware of the female hormones and thyroid issues. They have given me peace of mind navigating the journey towards menopause. The best part is that my husband is who referred me. His doctor actually listened to him instead of treating him like everyone else and disregarding his understanding of his own body. It’s unfortunate that I write this post. Initially care was great. Over the last year or so it’s gotten spotty however, I will admit that I did not understand exactly what follow-up meant. I went in and had my labs as directed however, I was not aware, nor did any of the staff make me aware that I needed an actual follow up appointment with the provider. That’s just one issue. I don’t work there nor navigate through their requirements. I thought I did what was required. Getting refills has been problematic and had they told me that I needed an actual appointment that could’ve been accommodated. Not even when they gave me my lab results results was I told I needed an appointment. Secondly trying to get anybody to actually answer the phone there or get a return call is tricky at best. This h
