Family Medicine - Hinesburg, University of Vermont Medical Center

Recently switched providers, and I am quite pleased with the friendliness of the staff, their attention to detail, and relatively immediate response to inquiries.

Excellent family medicine center. Friendly and professional staff. The UVM network is so conveniently linked via their web platform (MyChart patient portal), much more modern and user-friendly than other medical web platforms I have encountered.

Not sure about these negative reviews because I have always had wonderful experiences with this Health Care Facility and all the People there who work so hard to proactively keep us well and assist us when we're not. My questions, concerns and appointment requests always receive prompt attention. Im very happy with Dr.Landell and I think Debbie is a delight.

Always had a fine experience here but BEWARE... If you have an MRI ordered by this office, please, please call VT Open MRI in South Burlington for a quote. This office will not ask you if you'd like to explore other options for where you could have a scan. UVMMC are crooks and charge over 4x more than VT Open MRI in addition to making you wait far longer to get in for your scan. UVMMC didn't relay the cost information to me until a little before my MRI with them. Shady, deceptive, and downright unfair practices by this organization which seems to have a monopoly on healthcare in Vermont. Thank god someone told me to have VT Open MRI prior to draining my HSA and part of my personal savings.

I see Dr. Humphrey as my primary care physician and she is wonderful. She cares about her patients, so easy to talk to and if she's busy then she gets back with you as soon as possible. The staff at the desk and the nurses are very pleasant to deal with too.
