Labor and Delivery team was incredible, the amount of empathy they show as well as the cross team communication from L&D to the anesthesia to the mother care unit is something that should be modeled. Every nurse and doctors was able to pick up where left of and they even remembered small details about us personally. They set up a lactation counselor, and provide a ton of resources to aid you on your journey. Any time my wife felt pain there was no hesitation to provide her relief. When you depart from the hospital you actually feel ready to handle everything on your own. Huge shout out to the L&D team to include Mary, Morgan, Velma, Patricia, and Greta. Labor and delivery care team was absolutely horrible. Nurses were talking about a patient at the front desk. We ended up driving to Queens.

Horrible experience. Team was self centered, not patient centered. Lack of resources, transparency, and trust. Would rather be treated anywhere else but here. Recommended to all family and friends to avoid if able.
