I have been seeing Dr. Braun for around 30 years, and have referred many people to her practice. She takes her time with me every time to make sure she is looking at the WHOLE picture, not just a symptom. On occassion, I have seen Jenna and she was just as thorough and had the same view on treating the whole person. I appreciate their time and care!

I can’t even start , but I will tell you I had about enough, I will be reporting this place. The fact that you have a billing person ( Maria ) determining who and who can’t get an appointment is outrageous, than a staff member threatening my daughter which is a patient as well, and the Dr not doing anything about it . The manager sucks period waste of time to speak to her. Made my last payment and will be seen for 1 last time due do circumstances but after that I will be exiting out as well as my family

I love Dr. Amy. Been coming here for over 20 years. People get frustrated because they have to wait past their appointment time? well she takes her time with you and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I waited much longer at patient first when I couldn’t get in to see Dr. Amy and while I got the medicine I needed I definitely didn’t feel great about that experience. She is companionate,understanding and makes me feel seen and heard And when needed a reality check she is the one to give it to you. They have had some staffing issues here and there. But they always get it together. I can’t say enough good things about this woman. Doctor Amy You rock. Awesome

I've been a patient at this medical facility for about nine years, but my recent appointment left me disappointed. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my 12:00 pm appointment, I waited until 12:26 pm to be told my doctor was still with another patient and there were two more ahead of me. Frustrated by the lack of communication and delays, I decided to cancel. This isn't the first time my appointments have been disrupted. The decline in service quality and communication has left me questioning the reliability of this facility.

Every time I seem to schedule an appointment over the phone it is always 1 hour or more later than what was initially set. My previous job I worked remote, so it was easier for me to navigate through the unorganized appointment process you seem to have in place. Now I am onsite with my new job and have appointments and meetings at SET times. I understand if my doctor is meeting with a patient and goes a little bit over of time, but not a half hour or hour later… if that is the situation I would expect a call??? I received NO heads up of an email saying this appointment is expected to run late, may need to reschedule, out of respect of my time.
