Wonderful staff and Mike is amazing! Truly a family friendly pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy since about 2008 and even though I live all the way north Tonawanda now and they are located in Williamsville I will not switchDennis is the best .pharmacist that I've ever met and I used to even work at Walgreens and had lots of interactions with pharmacist as I was going to be a pharmacy technician I'm in by fire he is the kindest and most caring pharmacist that I've ever met in my life

The pharmacists are great. I remember Mike walked me through all the steps required for my upcoming colonoscopy. I had 10 pages of instructions. He scanned through the document and explained the whole process. They're always there with advice on any health related issue. You don't get that kind of attention anywhere else. The entire staff is helpful.

We just had a horrible experience at this pharmacy, there price scanner did not match the price label on the products, and the computer system inaccurately charged us tax on nontaxable products. When we brought up the errors to the rude woman at the register, she had trouble correcting it and ended up doing it incorrectly. Plus we were asked to wait on the correction until they could take care of the other customers. I wonder how many people are getting ripped off that don't pay attention to their receipt. We will not be going back, and I believe they are not aware of the Erie County scanning law.

Dealing with managed care is a complex business. Having an advocate to help you navigate the insurance and medical teams to help you get accurate and timely prescriptions is a critical part of staying on top of your health. Mike and Dennis are great folks to have fighting for you. They will provide a much more targeted and personal approach than the big chains.
