Dr. Hess along with most of the people in this office are INCREDIBLE You are not just another number in the system to Dr.Hess. He genuinely cares for you and your health. He is easy to talk to, and trust…which is extremely rare these days with doctor unfortunately. The wait time is always crazy, and it’s expensive but I’ll pay and wait here over going anywhere else just because of the level of care. Thank you to Dr. Hess and the whole team for helping me.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the waiting time was atrocious, waited nearly 3 or more hours to be seen for five minutes. I can forgive that though because it was very busy and packed full of people who just kept flooding in. The nurses and doctors and registration ladies were all nice and welcoming and helpful. The doctor was so nice and made sure I felt heard. I see a future with this practice if I should ever need it again!

I had the pleasure of being seen by Leslie & Keith, with the years of experience i felt comfortable with expressing how i felt within the matter of minutes they were able to guide me with the best treatment needed for my symptoms. Great environment provided with affordable prices 10/10 will be coming back. Thank you guys!

Received a covid and flu swab, after I told them up front i did not want to do that and it cost me 75.00. Why ask me up front if you are going to do it anyway.
