I visited this clinic yesterday, and will love to share my experience with encountering CFNP Franklin Davis captured on the far left of their Facebook profilephoto. I do not actively use Facebook, but I had to speak my peace and show you the type of healthcare provider this office has. For months now I have been battling with panic attack, and lately they’ve been getting increasingly severe. I visit this place hoping to receive medication to help with them, along side consultation on various mental health services available to me in my local area. I was met with Franklin who upon shaking my hand and introducing himself commented on my sweating hands. I guess it was the best segue to tell him about why I came in today. My wife and I went to this clinic on Monday around noon time. The receptionist was helping me and told me to hold on a few minutes, so I stood at the desk patiently waiting. After a while, some brown haired, EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional girl in pink scrubs walked up and bluntly asked the receptionist, “why is that man just standing there?” I responded, “that man?” Before correcting her. She then stated it again at which I corrected her again. The woman stated who I was and rolled away after I told her how rude the other girl was who made that comment. The rude girl in pink then comes up out loud to ask what type of medication I had and what I needed it for. That type of information is very confidential and a professional would have asked me to write it down. This girl is miserable

Not impressed. First experience wasn't great. I came in with concussion symptoms from a pothole/sewer manhole that hauled my car and sent me into the windshield, which cracked from my head. THEY SENT ME AWAY, said go to ER cuz it was a car accident but my copay for that would be $750 which is why I didn't go there first. I cried in my car a bit before someone came out and was able to make things work (if they were able to make things works why I was sent away at all is ridiculous and unnecessary) to check me out but after getting a second opinion I realized the doctor didn't check me for concussion symptoms just had me get an X-ray and gave me muscle relaxers for the pain. Worst experience! I cried when I was talked to like a criminal! Never go to that doctor, Smith! I will refer them to the CEO!

My dad got injured at work and he was send to this clinic. My dad’s English is very limited, I translated for him on his first appointment. Unfortunately, I live in Texas and couldn’t be there with him. He returned the following week because he was told to return if he experienced any issues related to the injury at work. He was refused treatment for not speaking english and did not allowed me to translate for him this time. They said he needed to bring a face to face translator. I could not understand why I could not translate for him.
