Called and tried to get an appointment because I don’t feel well have a fever and sick, the nurse told them they can’t get me in until 3 months down the line. How is this acceptable. If you need a doctor. Maybe find one other than here. Because in 3 month I will be recovered. Now I’ve got to go to urgent care. I have to usually go to urgent care when I’m sick anyways because this doctor office can’t get you in to be seen until at least 1-3 months the down line. Update. After leaving this review they discharged me from services. Leaving me to have to find a new doctor. Which is fine with me on how they can’t ever get you in for an appointment

I've had a stutter since the beginning. I'm terrible on the phones, but no choice but to call sometimes. Grace a receptionist who was so kind made me feel that rare feeling of understanding my situation who answered and did all the right things and didnt talk over me. Shes rare and patient. im grateful for her, when you stutter you get "your breaking up" hello, hangups, lots of pressure and it just makes it impossible to get a word out when you stutter. Thanks Grace we need more of you.

Please don't take your babies here! These doctors are so incompetent! My son was born at 35 weeks and was having reflux and weight gaining issues. The doctors just kept telling me to keep doing what I was doing. The last appointment I went to there I addressed concern for my son's weak latch. I was there for almost 3 hours and they told me if my son didn't get better he'd be hospitalized. The doctor tried to refer me to lactation just for them to tell me they only help babies who are breast fed not formula fed which made since but how do you as a doctor not know that??? I ended up taking him to Mercy where they found he had a tongue tie. If these doctors had done their job my son wouldn't have suffered for so long..

Refusing to refill my psych medication because the doc hasn't seen me. No appointment for over a month when my appointment was made and I was assured I would not run out of my medication. I never felt so lied to and disregarded.

I honestly wish I could give a better review. The providers at FMCC are great. They're really caring and do a good job diagnosing and ordering tests. Cassie, in the pharmacy, is phenomenal and amazing at her job. But this clinic has a huge problem with communication. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Making an appointment involves leaving a message (IF you know what "team" you're on) and hoping someone calls back. I've never encountered another clinic that does that. You can send a message through the patient portal (which is usually what I have to do) but it will be at least 24 hours before someone gets back to you. This makes the clinic useless when you're sick or injured and need to be seen right away. If I need to see a doctor right away, I have to pay $75 to go to urgent ca
