I recently visited Dr. Brian Johnston and was very impressed. His expertise and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and well informed. The staff was friendly and professional the clinic clean and modern. I highly recommend Dr. Johnston and team to anyone seeking top-quality dental care. Dr. Johnston has years of experience and is excellent. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me and I can't thank him enough. 5 stars is not enough. I give them ten stars!! I'm not a patient of Brian Johnston but my 91 year old mother is! I was not available to take my mother to her appointment but I knew what she was having done.. So I had her Caregiver take her to the appointment. To find out after she comes home that her bill is outrageous!! Then find out they did an extra procedure on an 91 year old with Alzheimer's Who lives off of Social Security and has to watch every penny!! Needless to say he will not be her Dentist anymore.... Thank you Brian Johnston for taking care of this problem!! I feel better after talking to you!

I've never felt more comfortable at a dentist! The receptionist, Lisa, is extremely helpful and friendly...and Dr Johnston makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything as he's doing it. His level of professionalism and confidence is second to none!

Dont go here if you have insurance. My husband had to resort to this practice due to a dental emergency. They charged us up front for the procedure and said they would send the claim in. Not too big a deal, right?!? It's been two months and they have yet to do it. They don't care. They have their money. If it wouldn't have been for the emergency he never would have went there.

Called these folks a while back, I know that in general implants are not covered by most dental insurance, but I wanted to find out if the more routine stuff like x-rays would be. Not here! The impression that I got was that they don't want to be bothered with insurance at all, no way no how. Oh well. I guess that *I* won't be dealing with them...
