I visited here several years ago and Jason was able to fix one of my hearing aids. I was having trouble hearing recently with older hearing aids and made appointment to have them adjusted. Tom did a new hearing exam, Jason explained my options. With my insurance I qualified for new hearing aids with the latest technology. They arrived in a few days. Jason is expert at adjusting the aids. I especially appreciate the detailed information he provides and answers all my questions. Tom and Jason are friendly and professional. My hearing is much better. Highly recommend!

Tom and his staff were very professional and courteous during my examination. From the latest and greatest instruments to good old fashioned listening to your needs, Tom's team is a great service to the community. He also custom fit and made hearing protection for my shooting hobby.

So glad to find this place, had been dealing with ding bell Audibel and getting the run around … went in and saw Tom, got a new set of hearing aids for my mother, hearing test, filed on insurance- done deal all in one day….Oh, and had her old ones repaired to use while waiting on new ones to come in….Great group of guys, great service- won’t ever go anywhere else !!

Family Hearing Services provide an excellent overview or many types of hearing aids. We were able to get exactly what was needed and saved $400 over the other guys! I highly recommend Jason and Tom!
