Family Hearing Center

I previously purchased an older model Phonak hearing aid in Japan over five years ago. Japan is known for service but after getting fitted by Wes at Family Hearing Aid Center. I was blown away. I had tried the Phonak Infinio at the place I originally purchased my first Phonak. I asked the technician about real ear measurement and they were not aware of it. I had been fitted based on the hearing test done at my my ENT doctor. The doctor also wasn't aware about real ear measurement. The service at Family Hearing Center was beyond my expectation. I have had the Phonak Infinio Ultra Sphere Ultra for about three weeks and I am so glad I got it. It really reduces background noise. Aside of this, Wes can speak Japanese fluently and it was great (my wife is from Japan) as we were mixing

One ear piece of my hearing aid stopped working while I was on vacation in Hawaii and I thought I was going to have to go with compromised hearing until I got home. Fortunately I found Family Hearing Center and they were able to see me on the morning that I called. The service and attention I received was phenomenal! The audiologist replaced the failed hearing aid and also took the time to adjust the other one for a better fit. Their office is adorned with numerous awards won over the years and now I know why they are rated the best in Hawaii. I'm so glad I found Family Hearing Center!

I was given a thorough check from cleaning, cognitive and hearing test. I had an earlier test from another company and it wasn't as detailed. I'm very thankful that I was referred here. I also found out that I qualify for a program that will save me a lot of money on my hearing appliance. Staff was great! Very patient and professional. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Family Hearing

I brought my mother here from a referral from my sister in law. My mother had not seen a hearing specialist for at least 2 years if not more. We needed to figure out if her old hearing aids were still working satisfactorily or whether the chargeable ones could be fixed. Our appointment was with Wes Nakamura. He was so patient, so kind, very professional. He answered all our questions. You can tell he enjoys what he does for his patients. Our visit lasted almost 2 hours but it didn't seem that long because of our pleasant interactions with Wes. I will refer all my family and friends to him. You can't find great specialists or physicians like that anymore.

We always LOVe going to see Wes! He is the BEST! He really takes great care of mom. He doesn’t rush, is very attentive , speaks fluent Japanese which is such a plus for her. The office staff are wonderful too!
