Family Hearing Care

I’m a veteran, and the VA scheduled me an appointment for a hearing evaluation. On the way to the appointment, my phone died due to a faulty charger. Fortunately, it died just after I saw where to turn, so I managed to pull into a nearby medical plaza to try and find my destination and charge my phone. I walked into Family Hearing Center by chance, hoping someone there could help confirm if this was where my appointment was, or at the very least, point me in the direction of another audiologist in the area. I approached a man — who I believe worked there, as he was behind the desk and had a boot on his foot — and explained my situation. Rather than checking anything or offering assistance, he casually asked my name while walking away and bluntly told me I didn’t have an appointment there

THEY ARE RACIST. I believe that the rudeness that I received is because I am of color. I usually do not post reviews but this one is an exception the man is very rude. I took my mother to this place to get her hearing aid, I sat in the room with her and the lady who is the doctor. I received a call from the hospital and I excused myself out as I walk into the hall towards the door the man in the other room screamed at me saying to go out of the room I cannot use my phone in the room so I screamed back and said that i am walking to the door can’t you see if you give me an minute I’ll be out the door and he just keep screaming to go out and o keep screaming back, so finally I was out the door and said hello to my caller which was from the hospital about my mom. I didn’t pull the door shut

Caring, knowledgeable audiologist, great service! Very glad we found this hearing center! My husband and I are very happy with the hearing aids and how they were set up so well for each of us.

Just purchased a new pair of hearing aids and absolutely love them and the excellent and in depth Exam. Felt great knowing that I was tested and examined by someone having their PhD in Audiology. Definitely a step above. Honestly a fun experience and the office staff was caring and attentive. Tremendous support after the purchase which I enjoy. I would highly recommend this practice. Definitely 5 Stars

The wire on one of my hearing aids broke. I called Truhearing the gave me the phone number to Family hearing care. No answer. I had to leave a message. 2 hours past. No phone call, so I drove there. I explained the problem and he said I had to call Truhearing and have them call and set an appointment for me. So I'd did and Truhearing told me that the only time they make appointments for patients is when you need a hearing test. Anything else the patient can call and make your own appointment. Family hearing care obviously doesn't know what they are doing. I won't go back. I am having to drive 45 minutes away to get the broken wire repaired. This not how you do business.
