Family Health Services Shoshone Clinic

I've been going to the shoshone clinic for over 20 years, long before FHS bought it. My favorite health care provider still works here, so despite living in Twin Falls, I still go here. There are always pros and cons of becoming a corporate entity, but at least on the outside as a patient i feel it has made a really positive difference with FHS in the picture.

They don’t seem to care about the patients. Didn’t respond to an important medication refill,didn’t call patient to explain what needed to be done to refill. After a week of waiting for a response for medication I had to go into the office to get a response. The time before when patient was in pain and swollen with abscess, went into clinic and they put him in a room for an hour then came in and said no one could see him so he left without antibiotics or any help.

Not a good place. The lady at the front is nice, not the young girls.The doctors don’t listen. One of the doctors hates men. The others ignored my mom till she was put in icu for sepsis. Maybe it’s just my family. I hate having to go here for refills on meds. Edit: I took my mom in again to get help. We explained the symptoms, was worried she had sepsis like last year. They wasted some time and my mom went to the emergency room again two days later. I would give them Negative stars if I could.
