Receptionist should be fired! You have a patient tell you they have strep with a small child in the waiting area! She was more concerned about putting new patient paper in the system instead of getting some truly sick in and out! No instead she nastily says mask up! We all know masks don’t work! I was already in the system! I will not use this place ever again as long as that lady is the receptionist there! You don’t get to tell a patient experiencing severe symptoms to sit down while I do paper work and wait to be checked In last I knew that’s not how it’s done! And myself and my daughter who are seen together usually had to wait while she did papers for quite a considerable amount of time! No sense of urgency what so ever poor reception skills all around should lose her job based on her

Giving 5 stars because of Patty one of the fnps on staff. My pcp can never get me in when I have an urgent issue and Patty has been amazing the 2 times I've had to be seen recently. She is kind, thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond and I wish she could be my pcp. While urgent care visits are typically quick and you don't know much about the patient, Patty still set up an ultrasound for me, called to check on me to see how I was feeling and if I ended up in the ED, called me back with my results (still haven't heard from my pcp office who also were sent the results) thank you Patty for the wonderful care and being an amazing provider!

Let's just say that this is possibly the best Urgent Care that I have ever been to. Each time that I have went in, the Receptionists were extremely kind, helpful, and patient. Along with the receptionists, the nurses and all of the providers were the ABSOLUTE BEST! They helped me with everything that was going on. They are quick, efficient and make sure they do everything they physically can to make sure you get out happy and feeling better. I HIGHLY recommend you come here for all your urgent care needs. Let me just say this as well, I have read the reviews and do not believe one word of the negative reviews. Very impressed. From the time you enter the office, you have a good feeling. The front desk staff were welcoming and kind, and the waiting room quiet and calm. The nurses I saw were incredibly empathetic, thorough and reassuring, and they listened to me. My medical issue was dealt with professionally. I would recommend this place to others.

The service is ok here but I have gotten a bill in the mail for around $250 after I already paid at my visit and I called and got it cleared up or so I thought only to receive another bill in the mail from them telling me I owe them $117. So while the service may be ok there and convenient it’s not worth it for the hassle of them continuously billing you telling you that you owe them more money when you already paid.
