Front desk is rude and never answers their phone or puts you on hold forever. Patient wait times are very long even when you have arrived early for an appointment. Brought someone here for an appointment and, to my surprise, the waiting room was packed with people during a pandemic. Hours after the appointment, they wanted us to return for another appointment because they wanted to check something extra. We replied no because it wasn’t important and they have another appointment in a couple of months but they wanted us to return ASAP! Why? Because they love to charge insurance and waste your time. The doctors here are great and very helpful but some of the front desk employees and nurses are unprofessional and very rude!

I have never had a bad experience here and have been going for years. The staff is definitely busy, but if you give them a moment they will attend to your needs. Dr Maenza is amazing. She is thorough and professional. I honestly don’t know why some folks gave this place a bad review. I recommended it to all my family members.

Either Something wrong with their phone or they did something so people won’t call cause I try calling to make an appointment and it keeps repeating press 1 for English and it doesn’t ring .

Love taking my daughter here everyone loves her. All the staff are friendly from front desk, nurses, medical assistants to the physicians.

It takes your kids forever to see a doctor and receptionists hardly aswer calls when you want to schedule an appointment. Thinking seriously about going to another health care provider.
