The staff is great and very supportive. Everyone is polite, they have staff who speak both English and Spanish, and the place is clean.

Services here are terrible! As a visitor, I can tell you that this place is disappointing. I came with someone for their first visit, and it didn’t go well at all. We scheduled an appointment with the office at the designated time without any problem. However, when we arrived for the appointment, they turned us away and told us that we had to reschedule all because the doctor wasn’t there. First and foremost, you don’t wait until last minute when someone arrives to the office to tell them that you need to reschedule because the doctor isn’t in today, they should’ve have made that appointment in the first place knowing that the doctor wasn’t going to be in. In addition to that, they never informed us about this; they didn’t even call us to ask for any alternative options, such as schedulin

Where do i start with this one? First i pull into the lot on the side of the bldg,park my car and walk to the front door only to see i sign that says, "please use rear door" now i just got out of the hosp. 6days ago with heart failure mind you. as i start my walk to the back door i see a sign that says "no parking in lot without a permit" that was hidden by a bush when i pulled in.. i make it to the 2nd floor and get told i need to go next door to register first take a number and they will call your name then come back here..i look in and there are about 20 people waiting and about 15 waiting in the room i had to go back to...i just got back in my car and went home..i'd also like that if that black lady receptionist on the 2nd floor was ever to get hit by a bus i would not shed 1 single t

The staff is so rude and unprofessional,Is there job to help you with any questions you may have and they make you feel like there doing you a favor. They hate there jobs with a passion. 😒

Watch your bag, personel steal money. I went to the restroom and I left my bag in the room with a nurce, 15 min later I have notice that my wallet was empty. What a shame
