Family Health Center of Worcester Same Day Care

Thanks to their mental health services, I don't trust anyone for any reason anymore. Nearly a year I spent on the waiting list for mental health services, just for them to forge their paperwork so they could wash me out. these people are literally paid to give a damn about me and they still can't be bothered. How is that supposed to make me feel, other than a lost cause?

I’ve been going here about 10 years and have never had a problem. My PCP is great and has no problem spending extra time with me if something is bothering me with other issues. I’ve never had an issue with making appointments.

Would be zero if it could but I can stomach the one star by attributing the raise above what the overall location deserves to the kind nurse in the bloodwork lab who was very accommodating when I had to have some tests done. The actual PCP office and especially the billing and scheduling teams are atrocious. All I wanted was to get set up with a PCP for my annual physical. Took 2 years of calling to get in for an appointment. By the time I was seen I needed a little more than just a physical, as I was dealing with a sudden and unusual string of severe migraines. Made the mistake of answering their intake questions honestly and had to go through way more than I bargained for in terms of unwanted psychological screenings (extra charges that I wasn't informed of and didn't agree to).
