Family Fare Pharmacy

This happens more often than not here at this Pharmacy. I called at 1150am to get a script filled by 3pm. Called at 235pm to check on it and they had yet to even start it. I told them my fiancé would be there at 3pm to pick up and they said OK it will be done. It's not 310pm and yet still have to wait 10 more minutes. This is ridiculous and poor customer service. Fix the problem Family Fare Corporation.

Absolutely terrible, wouldn’t refill my anxiety meds for DAYS because of a ‘company policy’. No medical reasoning and my doctor OKed. Then I get a text that it’s ready just to be told it was ‘sent by mistake’ worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.

Great customer service!! Pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are equally kind and more than willing to answer any questions and/or concerns. My first visit they made completely effortless and I could not have been more relieved!

I have been using them for years. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Easy to contact by phone, or through the app.

This is a fine place to get prescriptions. Our insurance is accepted there and vice versa.
