Family Fare Pharmacy

Every month I call to have something refilled. I am told its going to be there on a certain day or that it is there and its actually not or its not there and its actually been ready for days. I call ahead first. But it doesn't matter I show up and most of the time I dont get my medicine when it should've been there. I show up and find out that it actually wasn't even called in to be filled after I was told it was there and ready to be picked up. So tired of wasting my time and gas. Someone here is very incompetent and shouldn't be working here if they dont know what theyre doing. Its been going on for months and im tired of it. I walked in expecting to have to make an appointment but was able to get my covid booster immediately. The pharmacy tech was extremely efficient even while multitasking. The pharmacist gave me my injection very proficiently and I had no pain at all. Best covid experience to date.

Mothers experience, she's 81 & non-net user. She went in and made an appointment while shopping and returned for her booster. Mom was really happy that there was a curtained off area for injection privacy and was very pleased with pharmacy service! She thanks you!

Tried to get a Covid booster shot--had been told by one of the pharmacists that I could walk in. Got a MAJOR run around from the gal behind the counter--told me I had to sign up online--which I find is impossible. So called and she told me I had to sign up in person--which I had tried to do in the first place--and that she had no slots until Monday. Extremely argumentative and condensing. I have used them for my prescriptions for years and this is very, very disappointing.

The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, accurate and timely with all of my prescriptions and questions. So appreciate a friendly atmosphere, too.
