I love it here they treat you like family. They are caring. They explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. Everybody is wonderful and amazing. I appreciate them. They even work with you whenever you have questions or concerns you have. I will always come back and bring my kiddos here as well.

Honestly blown away by this office. The receptionist was so kind over the phone and was able to get me an appointment the next day. Check in was easy and quick! Dr. Wolf was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable, as well as made sure she explained everything in easy to understand terms. I was in and out in an hour which is awesome. Ashley made sure I found the perfect glasses for me as well as checked in the back for different styles and checked online to see what other color and style options they could order for me to really make sure I found the perfect fit. I’m blown away by the kindness, efficiency, and professionalism of each and every staff member in this office. 10/10 recommend going here!

They may call it Family Eyecare in that they can take care of your whole family; but, it really means they treat you like family here. The front desk staff is efficient, competent, and caring. The eyeglass center has a great selection if frames and their staff is expert and getting things just right. The doctors are highly skilled and excellent and take the time with you to ensure you are cared for and served. All around a perfect place to trust you precious eyes to.

Seemed fine until an eye health emergency came up. Receptionist refused an emergency appointment, and denied request to speak with optometrist on the phone. Went there to talk to owners in person, to give polite, constructive feedback and Owners defended their receptionist, said she was highly trained to determine whether someone had an emergency by talking to them on the phone. Beyond taken back, I was appalled ! I was the one who suddenly couldn't see well. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and the owners do not do this.
