I know my review is long, and if you don't want to read it all, I'll sum it up for you. Go to this eye care center; they are truly amazing!! I picked this eye clinic bc they took my son's insurance and mine as well. It's just easier that way instead of having to go to two different offices on two different days. Which is what we had been doing, so I was very pleased to find this eye center. They were able to make our appointments back to back. So, my son , I was able to go through the whole process together, just taking turns with each part of the process. I usually bring my son's tablet with us to appointments bc it's just about the only thing that'll keep him occupied and setting still long enough for me to get my exam done. Dr. Grist is a true asset to Johnson City. He, along with his confident friendly staff make going to an eye doctor a breeze. They feature a great selection of frames, giving service during & after the sale. Great people all around.

They made sure both pairs of glasses fit. One pair was sunglasses. Anytime I need work done to my glasses they are more than glad to do it for me. And they are super nice. I would recommend to everyone.

I love this place. Dr. Grist compassionate & knowledgeable & the staff is awsome as well. I was there 2hours picking out glasses they didn't mind at all. They will do whatever to make it as cheap as possible weather its getting products from them or elsewhere.

Went in for eye exam for military service. All of the personnel were extremely nice and respectful. Handled all the paperwork I needed done. Very good and easy experience.
