It took over 9 days just to schedule my procedure. During the procedure I literally felt my flesh being cut and I was shaking from the pain—three separate times after I told them I could feel it. I was told “dissolving stitches,” but about a month later I still have internal suture knots with intermittent blood/pus. At my most recent visit, I waited ~30 minutes in the exam room with no update and left to get a second opinion. I’m transferring care and filing an insurer grievance. Patients deserve timely scheduling, adequate pain control, and prompt attention when complications show up. Allergist is good.

This review is based on one of the nurses not the doctors and the physician assistant. They were respectful and informed me well. I came into the office for a checkup and to refill a prescription. One of the nurses acted unprofessional and was rude. She raised her voice and treated me like I was a child/teen not a woman. Unfortunately, she berated me for about three minutes. I did not appreciate it and did calmly make her aware that her behavior was unprofessional. On my next visit, I hope and pray that I will not have to deal with that impolite and rude nurse.

I've been going to Dr. Sekhsaria for a few months now for multiple problems for my ears as we as most recently my nose, I got a septoplasty, turbinate's reductions and repair of the nasal vestibular stenosis. The surgery went well, Dr. Sekhsaria was very informative at the pre-op in the office as well as the day of the surgery and today at the post-op! Most of the time I come in for an appointment they're ahead of schedule, sometimes the doctor gets stuck in the OR but I understand that's not his fault and complications do happen. That is a very minor problem though because most importantly the doctor is ALWAYS professional and thorough, I've been a Firefighter/EMS for a number of years so health is a priority for me and I always follow up and ask questions, he is always able to answer t

I recently visited the family ENT Allergy & asthma with my son for allergy tests ordered by doctor Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. Upon arrival, the front desk staff the guy he acting like a manager, he asked we intended to undergo the tests that day. I confirmed, but was asked to wait. This process was repeated many times, with the staff ultimately informing us that we needed to schedule an appointment for a later date. I expressed my disappointment, as this information could have been communicated to me during our initial interaction, saving us time and inconvenience. I hope that in the future, the family ENT A&A can improve their communication and streamline their processes to provide a better experience for patients.

I’m writing this review in hopes someone in the office would contact me, I am a parent of 2 small children with chronic ear infections. They have been seen and treated by the ENT, father son practice it seems. It’s been difficult getting apts here and anywhere else since Covid, the Dr did an amazing job with my youngest procedures tonsils and adenoids removed and tubes in ears. Making follow up apts has been difficult it does feel as though the Dr is to busy for my 2 little people who have medical assistance. A new policy has been placed that they have to bring a referral for every single visit which their insurance policy says is not accurate.
