Family Emergency Room at Georgetown

Easy location. Easy pre register. Clean and spacious facility. Everyone helpful and kind. Front desk explained my insurance not accepted but I could private pay. Initial nurse contact very helpful caring and thoughtful. The Dr listened took time and was very knowledgeable. So nice to have people who listen but also volunteer and give information and knowledge needed by the patient. Thank you.

I had the most wonderful experience here. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk let me know it was an emergency room not a walk in so it would be more expensive, which I really appreciated. I wanted the best care for my four year old daughter so I was fine with it. Once we got to the back the nurses were amazing with my girl she felt so comfortable and relaxed. We saw Dr. Daniels and he was AMAZING incredibly knowledgeable he answered all my questions ran extra test and made me as a very worried and over protective mamma feel at ease. 12/10!

Dr.John Valentini at Family Emergency Room was exceptional when I went in last night to get treated. He saw me right away, listened carefully to my concerns and provided outstanding care. My husband has seen Dr Valentini too on different occasions and received great care. The nurses and front office are always kind and accommodating. We have even brought our youngest child here for a stomach virus with another wonderful experience. They truly are for family. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality, compassionate healthcare.

We had a really great experience at Family Emergency Room in Georgetown. I was hesitant to bring my toddler for stitches but the local hospital had a very long wait that evening. Dr. Daniel’s and the staff were really amazing with my son and did such an amazing job carefully doing his stitches. The best part is Dr. Daniel’s personally called to check on my son a few days later and that just never happens with ER docs. I really appreciated that. Definitely would recommend.

I had a very good experience at this emergency center this Thursday. I had come because some thing happened to my eye I signed in and just 5minutes later they called me into the room. The Doctor was amazing super helpful and friendly. Before I left they gave me a sheet how to treat my eye best and what not to do. I have every have a minor emergency like that it’s the place to go.
