Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. We appreciate how Dr. Martinez takes his time to go over your concerns, diagnosis and treatment options. Highly recommended! Every other medical practice might see you faster, but they'll be quick to rush you out without caring about your personal concerns. This is the medical office that cares!

It was an overall smooth process. Dr. Martinez and his staff were attentive and addressed all my questions and concerns. He gave me a fair amount of time for my appointment, so I understood the fact that I had to wait a bit.

Martinez has been my doctor for over 13 years and I have stuck with him only because he’s a very thorough doctor, he takes his time and he really listens to his patients, but his recent staff is horrible to the point they’re breaking several laws. A woman named Joanne answered the phone when I needed medical advice, told me she’d call me back with the doctors advice but never did, when I proceeded to call her back she got really rude with me, told me she couldn’t get ahold of the doctor then told me they couldn’t do anything for me cause of the medications I’m on, and hung up on me. 1st of all, she’s not the doctor to be determining what medications will help me or not, 2nd, I waited HOURS for her to call me back, if that was her answer she could’ve told me sooner instead I waited all day

To start off they don't answer phones. I had to go the doctors office to have meds fax and made appointment. The front desk is very rude very unprofessional. Doctor takes hours to see you since then I changed. doctor.

Horrible waiting, you going to be sitting there for at at least 3 hours to 5 hours
