I took my son here for 3 appointment over the past 6 months, while the medical care itself met expectations, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the front desk experience specifically with the receptionist, Jill. During my wait, I overheard Jill speaking with a patient who had arrived late. While the initial interaction seemed routine, what followed was concerning. After the patient was called back, Jill proceeded to speak negatively about them to another staff member within earshot of the waiting area. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and lacking in compassion. It gave the impression that she may not treat all patients with the same level of respect, particularly those who may be different from her in some way. I was greeted professionally and directed step-by-step for my Visit. I must say that my exam was more extensive than previous exam by a dermatologist(Not within this practice) The PA who examined me was thorough, concise, direct and informative. The staff was courteous, kind, and friendly I give 4.7 stars .

Just have to brag on Dr. Burch! She is so sweet and nice! She’s the first doctor to finally help me with my situation. And all the staff here are very friendly. I’m doing better so I don’t have to come that often luckily, but seeing her today made my day!

We had such a great experience, everyone from the physicians to the office staff were great! The physicians were so knowledgeable, compassionate and very kind, talking with my son to make him feel comfortable and answer all the questions.

We love this office! The doctors and NP’s are amazing, and Jill at the front desk is the absolute sweetest! We have always been seen promptly, and the medical care is top notch. Would recommend this office to anyone!
