I had an amazing experience at the dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which immediately put me at ease. The clinic itself was spotless and well-organized, which I really appreciated. Their cleaning service is top-notch—they did a fantastic job with cleaning, polishing, and flossing. I’ve been to a few different dental offices before, but this one truly stands out. Special shout-out to Tiffany—she was not only kind but also so thorough with her work. Dr. Bates is wonderful, too. I have been a patient of Dr. Bates for over 16 years and I would recommend him to anyone. Not only does he have excellent credentials, experience and qualifications but he is led by the Lord in his business and personal life. Dr. Bates is an exceptionally skilled and caring dentist. I have been getting dental care from him for several years and have been completely satisfied with the whole experience every time. He has done fillings and crowns with perfection and and I have never experienced any discomfort at all during any procedure including the numbing shots. His assistants are well trained and skilled also whether they are cleaning, x-raying, making a temporary crown or any other dental assisting. Today he repaired my broken tooth that cracked at the gum line and was jagged. It all went great and I will get my permanent crown in two weeks. Dr. Bates is a superb dentist, and he and his staff are consistently helpful and professional in all aspects of treatment. I have been a patient several years since moving here from out of state, and have had various work done, including implants and crowns. He explains all scenarios and options as applicable. Results are always excellent well done. In my experience , you will be pleased and satisfied with all dental, as well as maintaining dental condition and hygiene, plus explanations of costs and benefits by terrific staff.
