Amazing experience on every visit! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, the office is clean and organized and most importantly runs on time. Dr. Henderson and Morgan are both knowledgeable, gentle, take time to explain everything clearly and calmed my anxiety. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care where they only have your best interest in mind!

Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. Danielle at the front desk is amazing—she makes scheduling, check-in, and insurance questions completely stress-free and greets you with a smile that immediately puts you at ease. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. They turned what’s usually a stressful appointment into a genuinely positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental team that treats you like more than just a patient.

There are not enough stars to give for this office staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so kind and helpful. I can not imagine going through dental procedures without this group by my side. Morgan is phenomenal, probably the best dental assistant I've seen in my 45 years. I leave knowing exactly the issues I need to focus on. They only do work that is actually needed instead of just recommending work that isn't crucial. When I come back for a follow-ups, I get stellar reports on those problem areas. Dr. Henderson talks me through any adjustments I need to make in my dental regimen and I feel that they are always being transparent, honest, and fully committed to my overall well-being. I cannot give higher praise for this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Sydney Henderson - Family Dentistry of the Ozarks. When looking for a dentist I want one that doesn’t hurt me, has reasonable rates, does good work, has good staff, and is personable. Dr. Henderson knocks it out of the park on all of these criteria. She is the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. Her rates are lower than any other dentist I’ve been to in the Fayetteville area.Her work is the highest quality. Dr Henderson and her staff are all just as nice as they can be.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for years and Cindy even longer. They are the best! The whole office will take excellent care of you from the minute you walk in the door! I have a now teenager that hated going to the dentist when she was little. Cindy was able to clean her teeth with no problem at her first visit. Dr. Henderson and Cindy were patient and kind with my daughter and it was just what she needed to feel comfortable again at the dentist.
