Family Dentistry of South Florida - Coral Springs

The facility is clean and the staff were friendly, but I had to wait an hour after my appointment to finally receive my services. The dentist was nice and friendly. The dental hygienist was pleasant, but I had to wait a few additional minutes because her phone kept going off. Instead of silencing it, she kept going back to it before she began my cleaning. She had her gloves on while she was using her phone and did not bother to change the gloves prior to working in my mouth. How unprofessional. It is a nice place, but the staff and their practices could be better.

I had a deep cleaning done here. My insurance covers these in their entirety. I was charged an additional 600 dollars for the cleaning. I was ok with paying it until I told them I could not rinse my mouth at the end. I came to find out that this is what the 600 dollars was for. Rinsing my mouth with mouth wash. I understand stacking charges and they are in the business of making money but 600 dollars is not just making a little extra on a client. It is taking advantage of people. I then looked into the other charges for pending work I needed done. Dr. Quesada allows his office do what ever they want as far as drumming up charges. I paid them over 2 thousand and now have to seek another dentist because they didn’t like just how aware I had become. They did refund me half my mouth rinsing c

i was very nervous at first but everyone was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. the doctor explained my treatment so I can understand what is happening with in my mouth before starting. in this office I truly felt the doc was concern about my health and not the money, as most other dentist I have experienced made me felt in the past.

I love the dental care here, and I know they respect their patients. I have been going to Coral Springs Family Dentistry for many years. Every staff member from the front desk, to the oral hygienist, to the doctors, and even the orthodontist, have been nothing but accommodating and patient. I visit so often, I almost have my own chair, and I wouldn't give it up. The ladies call to remind me of my appointments, and make sure they squeeze me in when it is convenient for me. The doctors are gentle, and never begin any procedure, until I fully understand what will be taking place. I even broke a record, when my braces came off in less than 7 months...thank you Dr. Oscar. Everyone in the office is warm, friendly and accommodating. When you come to Coral Springs Family Dentistry you feel at ease because you can tell that this office genuinely cares about their patients.
