Family Dentistry of Highwood

I did an appointment for a saturday and asked in advance if they accept my insurance. The day of the appointment the Dentist was the rudest person, telling me why I didnt have my insurance card (I have never needed before in other places). Also told me in the rudest and higher tone way that he had a headache and was tired because my appointment was on a saturday and told me to shush. I've never felt angrier in my life. Worst place to visit with that stupid human being.

Amazing doctor.... I have been to many dentist but never met such an amazing, caring and knowledgeable dentist. I had an emergency while on business trip and I went to Dr. Saed and he saw me on emergency basis and put me out of pain. When I got the bill amazed me to learn how honest and how reasonable the bill was.

I called this office just to see if they do accept my insurance. I called over the weekend, I know they were closed. 2 days passed by, no call returned. So I call to see if they listened to my Voicemail, and the person’s tone that answered was a bit rude.He told me he listened to my voicemail and no they don’t accept it. Just wanted a call back..

I had a very positive experience here. The staff is very friendly. I can say with confidence that my teeth have never looked better! :)

I had a great experience with DR. Saed, he is a wonderful dentist, i have been seeing him for the past ten years.
