This practice used to be good, but since Dr. Lugo sold this practice, it has been changing from dentist to dentist. Even with that, I continue attending this practice because the hygienist was good. Now let's talk about the billing procedures. Last December, I went for a cleaning covered at 100% and was charged for an “exam” I had never been charged for before. I contacted my insurance company, and they said my visit was covered at 100%, while the office kept saying no, I owe the $26 copayments. I paid the bill today because I don't want to hear about this practice again, but I also want the patients or future patients to be aware of their practice of charging insurance. So if you have private insurance, make sure they bill you correctly. I will add the 26$ to my donation list.

They ALWAYS provide a good run down of what’s going to happen. Dr. Fan has very good bedside manners; always making sure you're on the same page, etc. The whole team is nice and very accommodating.

The best dentist I have ever been to! Last time I was there I was not so impressed with the quality of care when I had the stuff put on my front teeth 🦷. Because the stuff that the dentist was giving me was going down my throat the Temporary dental assistant was not attentive . I tried telling her that I was bothered 😕 by the junk going down my throat. But if she had any experience she should have known that the stuff inside my mouth needed to be cleaned out. I was very disappointed with the whole process.

Omg they are so great it was a pleasure to go to dentist. Receptionist were very friendly and had amazing customer service skills. Dental hygienist was very thorough and gentle and gave advice 9n problem areas. The dentist also took her time and reviewed everything the hygienist did and said. Every person I came in contact in the office was very friendly. It was hands down the best experience I had at a dental office. Even gave sunglasses to help with their lights and provided a pillow when I told them I had problems with my neck. So I highly suggest if u are not currently a patient to do so

The new staff is excellent, including the doctor. He explains everything in detail and is very professional. Thank you!❤️
