Family Dentistry of Allentown

This dentist office, hygienist, staff and doctor were absolutely wonderful. My family and I have been going to the same practice in other city for decades. We decided to change over when my original dentist retired. Thankfully, Family Dentistry of Allentown is just as comforting and caring as our previous office, if not even better!!! Sharon, our hygienist, could not have been more welcoming and friendly. She is the sweetest and such a bubbly person, just who I needed to make me less stressed about dental appointments. We are so happy to start the next decades with Dr. Patel and the staff here. Thanks for making our first visit to your office a very happy one!

As someone who is petrified of the dentist I can whole heartedly say that this is the best place to go, I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to a horrible experience and when I came here I was anxious as all get out and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and they were incredibly kind and gentle I don't feel them working on my mouth at all, I can no express how kind all of the staff are. And Dr.Patel is one of the kindest people I've met. Please go here if you want the best experience possible. I will never go anywhere else again!

I had a very frustrating experience with this office due to their poor communication and lack of follow-through. After being told that certain paperwork would be completed once it was received from another provider, I spent days calling and being given different excuses that they “couldn’t open it,” that it wasn’t there, or that I had to call other offices myself. What should have been a simple administrative task turned into a week long issue. On top of that, the staff were rude, dismissive, and at one point even hung up on me while I was trying to get help. I was left feeling ignored and disrespected as a patient.i f you need an office that handles documentation, follow ups, and communication professionally, I would not recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to this dentist for many years and always have a good experience. Everyone is super nice. I especially like catching up with Sharon (hygienist) every 6 months and I’m very appreciative of her friendly, thorough and professional approach in cleaning my teeth.
